FAQ's

The Last Will and Testament gives instructions on what to do with your estate. An Executor will make sure your estate goes to your beneficiaries. 


The Power of Attorney designates an agent to act on your behalf. You can designate one agent to handle your financial affairs and another to handle medical decisions.


The Advance Directive tells your doctors what level of care you prefer should you have an irreversible condition.  You may have heard them called a "Living Will".


A Trust is an agreement between a Settlor and a Trustee for the benefit of a Beneficiary.. Trusts come in many colors


Contact my office. We can talk about the options. I will send you some homework to complete. We will revisit and plan your estate. After the documents are complete, I will deliver them to you when and where it is convenient to you.


If needed, I go to my clients. My practice was made to assist those who cannot easily travel.
